WHEN A SPILL OCCURS

Use the 3M stain removal product, and chances are, you'll be able to remove common household stains quickly and easily. Simply follow the instructions in your warranty registration "welcome" letter to receive this free product.

For additional assistance, call our toll-free number, 1-800-352-6789. The 3M stain removal experts will work with you to remove even the most stubborn stain.

If the stain remains, 3M will have a professional cleaner contact you to schedule an appointment to remove the stain - free of charge.

If the stain cannot be removed, the affected area of your carpet will be replaced one time, according to the terms of the warranty. In years one through five, you pay only for labor, pad, and carpet disposal. In years six through then, you also pay a fee equal to half of the carpet's original purchase price. After the carpet is replaced, you must relinquish the stained carpet.

How it Works

Most food and beverage stains are covered by the primary warranty - while stains like paint, grease, and others are covered by the EverGuard® Stain Protection Plan. If the primary warranty coverage expires, the plan extends the term to cover all sains, including those previously covered by the primary warranty, for a total of 10 years of complete stain protection.
