Stephenie Taylor

Stephenie Taylor is the manager at Flooring America Springfield, Illinois and the CSO for the four Flooring America stores in central Illinois. As a registered nurse with two nursing degrees and a master’s degree in Business, Stephanie ran an amazing healthcare facility for eight years. Having a lifelong passion for design, Stephenie later joined her father, Roger Pope, in the family business and joined Flooring America. Here, she loves helping clients make their homes beautiful and works closely with them to choose the right flooring that best fits their lifestyle. Stephenie looks forward to helping you with all of your flooring, wall and cabinet needs.

Bryan Norton

Bryan had an interest in flooring at a young age and started in the flooring business when he was about 15 years old. Since then, Bryan has been passionate about the craft and joined the Flooring America family. Today, his level of experience and expertise has reached new heights, and he offers insights that only so many years in the flooring industry can provide. From sales to management and design style to color, Bryan looks forward to helping you with all of your current and future flooring needs.

Chris Taylor

Chris is no stranger to home improvement related tasks with his background in steel construction, welding and management. His father-in-law, Roger Pope, is the owner of four central Illinois Flooring America stores and in February of 2015, Chris joined the family business upon Roger’s request. Providing knowledgeable advice and educating clients is Chris’ passion. He aims to help everyone who comes into Flooring America to make the best flooring choice for their lifestyle in such a way that is cost effective without sacrificing quality. Chris looks forward to helping you with many of your home needs.
